My name is Carlos Eduardo Castro, and I have over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, helping people build a stronger body, better health, and a more energetic everyday life.
​
​
I currently work as an instructor at SATS Norway in Oslo, and I’m educated through Norway’s leading school for personal trainers (AFPT), with several additional certifications and courses
(see Certification & Courses page for details).
​
I am a former member of TeamPhysix, a tricking team where bodyweight training was the foundation for developing strength, athleticism, and body control.
​
I actively compete in sports and performance training. I play football with Oslo Street Football, represented Norway as team captain in the 2025 Street Football World Cup, and I’ve completed multiple OCR races, placing #1 in Toughest Oslo 2023.
​
Originally adopted from Colombia to Norway, I’ve lived in several countries and gained experience from different training cultures—knowledge I bring into my coaching approach.
