How to train your whole body in 30 min

During this crazy time with COVID-19 and everything going on in the world I just want to say first follow restrictions given by your country to help prevent more cases and hopefully we all can enjoy everyday life as usual soon.


With that said this is the time to go inside your self and bring out the best of you, use this time as an opportunity, not as something holding you back. You can do anything you set your mind to ain't nothing stopping you but yourself.

Training is something that doesn't need to take much of your time, remember less is better than nothing. During this time I'm training around 30 min full-body program the same exercises every day, that's all I need to stay in shape and to get a great workout. Being consistent is the important thing here, and try to look at least 3 months ahead with your training like I do and what we can achieve. That's what it's all about believe and achieve and remember whats hard today will be your warm-up the next month. And of course, I have days off as well, but only you know your body and know when to take a break.


One day in the week I mix it up, same exercises but I do high reps but only 1 set that's all. Around 35 to 50 reps nonstop, sometimes I finish off on my knees but most important I finish off what I started, never be a quitter. It applies in life in general as well and always make your self proud!


So this is how my week looks like and I also adding a video so you can see 1 set of my whole workout routine. It takes about 7 to 8 min to do 1 set and I do 10 reps each exercise 3 sets So if you do the math 7 to 8 min each set with some min break in between 3 set around 30min that's all.
